Across the UKIE region many designers will use the UKIE country kit for building Civil3D models, instead of everyone making their own parts map files this could be an integral part of the data exchange between two Autodesk products, included in the default files and selectable in the Civil3D Infodrainage ribbon.

That is such a great idea and we already have something in the roadmap to read C3D country kits within InfoDrainage, it just hasn't been prioritised yet but I will keep you up to date with the progress of this as soon as the work is scheduled.
