Better adjustable axis

To be blunt, these graphs just don't look great and I can hardly adjust them. How can I add labels, change scale, title axis, etc.? I can't even re-label the cryptic 'ILI' and 'MNF' descriptions for the chart. If we do WYSISYG reporting, we have to be able to also make graphs and charts look better.
