Sewer and storm users measure their performance based on storm events which don't fit consistently with calendar time like days, weeks, or months.
As a collections system manager, I want to sift through my rain and flow data to identify events (with manual intervention), and then apply an analytic that summarizes the performance for each event.
I will then report these statistics in a table, a chart, or even a scatter chart against other event-based analytics.
For example, a scatter chart of rainfall depth per event vs the corrsponding I&I volume of each event would be great. The slope indicates how leaky the system is.
