Access to open source weather data

Water distribution will look to correlate water usage with weather, while collections will build its analytics heavily on top of spatially varied rainfall and forecast data.


It appears Google cloud services give access to various NEXRAD data and forecasts from NWS. This also ties in with Looker and BigQuery which may be a perk.
