Integration with Industry Cost Data (E.g. RSMeans) for Rehab Costs & Updates

Integrate with industry cost data source like RSMeans. User can link their rehab actions to labor, equipment, material costs which will automatically be keep updated by region.

Copy all settings from parent when creating new Scenario

When creating a new child Scenario, all the data sets are copied from the parent. However the Facility settings and General settings are ignored and the system defaults are used. Please copy all settings when creating new Scenarios to avoid errors.

Add ability to rename datasets, patterns, queries, etc

1. Allow the "Change ID" tool to rename datasets, patterns, queries, etc. 2. Make the "Change ID" window wider or resizeable to fit longer IDs.

Ability to filter assets upon import.

It needs an easy way to filter assets from the GIS that are not needed for cctv/risk/rehab evaluation. For example, exclude abandoned assets, decomissioned, replaced, etc.

Ability to label spatial layers in the map

Layer labels such as customer ID, Basin ID, management area, etc are useful to have in the map so that users can easily locate their customers and areas that they need to serve when conducting and assigning field work.
