Ability to label spatial layers in the map

Layer labels such as customer ID, Basin ID, management area, etc are useful to have in the map so that users can easily locate their customers and areas that they need to serve when conducting and assigning field work.

      @Guest I think as long as they can see the IDs in the map and information related to zone, customer, etc it should be fine if it is Spatial Layers only. Maybe in the future we can expand the tool to manage customers like InfoAsset Manager but short term, just labeling the spatial layers should suffice.

      @Martha Nunez Do you think the suggested layers should be managed Info360 Asset layers, or just spatial layers that are imported from GIS?
