Add filters to tools pages to allow quicker selection of items

Apply filters to tools (ILI, DMA, etc.) as per Workspaces. Provides another way of finding the item without having to use search.

Add filtering system to the sensor configuration tab

Many times we want to select specific type of sensors (e.g. flow) and we need to be able to select the sensors of interest without going through all of the sensor list one by one. Also we need to be able to show more than just 10 sensor per page.
