    Update downstream pipes

    It would be useful to have an option to upsize downstream pipes automatically (just like microdrainage). For example, if i increase pipe size the corresponding downstream pipes should upsize accordingly so not to cause a restriction. At the minute...

    When drawing infiltration trench, let me hold shift to invert which side of the trench i draw first
