Drag Labels in InfoDrainage Plan View

Text labels often end up overlapping and are illegible. It would be nice to be able to drag them like you can in CAD / Civil3D.

This way you can show that link invert levels on a manhole differ in value or deviate from the chamberfloor

At the moment if labels overlap the only way to read the information on screen is to reduce all text size, which has other readability issues.

Add ability to alter storm water control colours fo differing control types. i.e. Attenuation Tanks = Blue, Bioretention = Green, Permeable Paving = Yellow etc. At present all controls are orange by default. It would aid visualisation.

Colour coding of connections and junctions

Can the functionality of colour coding pipes (by depth, diameter, flood status or user-choice) be added. This is very useful for checking models or recording changes, pipe condition, ownership etc.
