Provide min_time_step on 2D results mesh

In an effort to speed simulations up - it would be helpful to know what mesh elements are slowing down a 2D simulation. A single Job Progress value is insufficient to chase down which of these 200K mesh elements is slowing down the model.

Show worst case analysis on long sections

I would like to be able to see the worst case across multiple simulations (highest water levels) along the 1d network when reviewing results. Essentially being able to visualize statistical report results in a long section.

Order ARR19 Box and Whisker plots by duration

The box and whisker plot outputs order alphabetically. It would be useful if it ordered based on rainfall event duration instead.

Post processing scripts as part of a live simulation

We need to be able to automatically run scripts at the completion of our forecasts. it would be extremely helpful if we could have these scripts as part of the manifest workflow so that they started as soon as the results export task completed.
