Change subcatchment slope field to calculate correctly if non-numeric value used in Link Suffix.

When using InfoWorks ICM, if a network has a non-numeric link suffix in a conduit, the associated subcatchment slope field will not calculate. This results in a flat slope field and will affect run-off in simulations. Its not mentioned in the guid...

Enable Exchange Ruby method for carrying out spatial analysis in Workgroup Products

SQL tool in InfoAsset Manager enables users to perform spatial analysis of a variety of types using a selection of layer types. This is an extremely important and useful analytics tool which avoids the need for a user to export data out of InfoAss...

Fix sim.status method return values

As a user I want a reliable way to determine when a simulation has finished using the sim.status method. Currently, we have been advised to use sim.status == 'None' to determine when a sim has finished, which works (somewhat) for local sims but no...

Import data into 1D initial conditions object via the Exchange

I want to be able to add data to a 1D initial conditions object using the Exchange. This could be either from a CSV file using import_data or import_new_model_object, or through some other method. I can import data into a 1D initial conditions fro...

We need Baseflow Profiles, similar to WWG and TWP, to represent summer and winter baseflow conditions. The industry is regularly using trade flows for this instead.

We shouldn't have to use 'trade' flows modulated by monthly multipliers to represent seasonally-varying baseflows. Users would benefit from baseflows being modelled in the 'baseflow' field. We should introduce a BIP (Baseflow Infiltration Profile)...

Add Option for Rectangular Orifices

It would be great to be able to model orifices as either circular or rectangular like it is in XPSWMM. Currently, the workaround is to enter the rectangular orifices as sluice gates, but I'm not sure if this is the intended use of sluice gates.

Process statistical reports from Ruby and ICM Exchange.

As part of DWMP running TSR "en masse" may be a requirement. We would like to code these in and export the statistical report results onc ethey are complete. This would save a great deal of time and would be processed in the background. There will be...

Empty the entire recycle bin for Autodesk Cloud Databases

This is already available for Workgroup databases. Deleting objects from the bin one by one is painful.

Bring back the CS feature of being able to mark a network (or really any database item) as 'current' - with a visual cue (eg coloured border) around the icon.

In a master database there are often many different network objects, modelling files, stats templates etc that are required as part of a complete audit trail. Naming schemes are often fixed or unhelpful. It would be useful for collaborators to see...

Automated Skeletonization of models to increase simulation speed

Hydraulic sewer models are becoming increasingly more complex to understand a range of issues. This is ok for short duration simulations, however regulators require us to understand long term performance i.e. simulate 10yr datasets. For large mode...
