In InfoAsset Planner, the CCTV data for laterals was stubbed out and drawn into the GIS as a polyline. In Info360 Asset, these 'defects' are still visualized only as a point on the pipe, as an 'X'. Seeing the laterals is extremely valuable and 'pays for the software by itself' according to some utilities. Laterals are often unmapped so being able to map them can be a lifesaver for utilities that have experienced accidentally hitting a lateral and creating million dollar disasters.

Placing a perpendicular line to the main towards the parcel at locations where PACP code shows as a connection would save time for drafters as they are drawing sewer laterals manually. This feature was available in the desktop version and we used to translate the objects over to the CAD session.
for our records, I would like to see all lateral stub out, not just the defects.
