When multiple users work in parallel, it is key to trace work changes. For example, if user A creates an analytic that must later be modified by user 2, both user2 and user1 must be aware of creation and modification ownership.
This becomes critical when working with "nested analytics".
Example:
User1 creates AnalyticAwith a 30-min resolution.
Later, User2 attempts to createAnalyticB with 15-min resolution, leveraging AnalyticA.
There will be a conflict in AnalyticB due to a greater resolution in the nested analytic.
UserB must notify UserA that a change in AnalyticA is necessary to proceed with AnalyticB.
