Remove or have the option to hide/edit "Owner" of a Workspace

Workspaces may be created by someone who will pass configuration or ongoing use of the Workspace to another resource or team; seeing the original creator of a Workspace listed as the "Owner" can be confusing. The option to Hide or Edit this field would be helpful.
