Add tool to convert coordinates

Similar to "Convert flow units" and "Convert pressure units" under"Tools", it would be useful to have "Convert Coordinate Units". Coordinates in InfoWorks are meter/feet. Other websites like google maps uses decimal degree. It would be useful to have this conversion calculator for quick conversion.
