I am seeking guidance on determining the number of customers affected within an isolation area. Our water network includes approximately 8,000 isolation sets. I would appreciate advice on the most appropriate method to undertake this analysis. Based on discussions with other modellers, both Critical Link Analysis (CLA) and Generalised Multi‑Run (GMR) appear capable of addressing this requirement; however, I am unsure which approach is best suited or how to commence the analysis. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello, this seems like more of a support inquiry, so we won't keep this post up for long. In the future, you can reach out to our support team as an inquiry.
To answer your question though, I would recommend CLA as the simpler approach that is purpose-built for counting customer impact due to varying isolations.
GMR can achieve the same thing and much more, but it can more trial and error to configure and get it working the way you want.
