Run Ruby script without a Network

Currently a ruby script in the UI can only be run on a Network.
However, scripts can now also achieve general database management work where a "current network" is no longer necessary.

I want to be able to righ click on any Ruby Script in the tree and run it directly.

    Good idea and while it never occurred to me to do it this way, if it was possible I would like this,
