Tank outlet pipe invert

Tanks outlet is usually above tank bottom level. It would be better to allow us to model tank outlet elevation relative to tank bottom elevation. This will increase accuracy in simulation, especially when we have multiple tanks in a tank farm and we want to check the water level balance across all the tanks.
