When I have two runs, I can compare the results of both of them. But for some cased I would need to compare the parameters or simulation options. This would be similar to comparing two versions of network database but its focusing globally on the differences between the two runs and reporting any differences including simulation options, Physical constants, optional items, and initial state of critical components such as pump control settings and water level in tanks. Having this option would enhance the productivity and reduce the time to review different cases without the need to go through several locations to extract the data and compare.

It sounds like instead of comparing the different copies of Networks and/or Controls used in the Runs, you want a way to specifically find the differences between the Run Options?
Or are you interested on having an easier way to select two Runs and get a summary of everything different between them, including Network, Controls, Run options, and perhaps results?
