When exporting to file Geodatabase using ODEC, the feature classes should be inserted into a pre-existing feature dataset or into a dataset that the user has typed in the ODEC

The ODEC appears to give the option to choose a feature dataset into which the exported feature classes will inserted. However, if you manually type in the name of a feature dataset that you know is present in the Geodatabase (albeit there is no way you can see what feature datasets are available when using the ODEC) users will see that the exported IAM, ICM, WS Pro feature objects as ArcGIS feature classes will be inserted outside the feature dataset. What is the point of giving the user the ability to manually type in the name of the feature dataset they would like the exported IAM, ICM WS Pro object to appear under?

Additionally, if a user types in a new feature dataset into the ODEC, the exporter does not create the feature dataset in the selected Geodatabase.
