Ability to access gauge results when results timestep multiplier is 0

If I am trying to access the gauge results (using obj.gauge_results) for a simulation where the results timestep multiplier has been set to 0, an error is raised (gauge_results - no such field).

I should be able to access results for gauged objects even if the results timestep multiplier is 0.
