We have more and more detailed data and detailed models. This results into very detailed land use polygons then very detailed roughness zones. It means that a 2D element can contain several roughness zones. Intead of using the barycenter of the 2D element to define which roughness value to use, it could be very relevant to weight the roughness value of the 2D element according to the area of each roughness zone into the element.
