Currently, you cannot copy model run simulations from standalone, workgroup, or transportable databases to the Cloud Server. When a model group or an entire database is copied, users must re-run all simulations. It would be helpful to add a feature that allows users to copy all modeling files, including completed model runs. This would enable a seamless transition of completed project files to a centralized cloud database.
Thank you for taking the time to share this idea. I understand why having the ability to copy model runs from standalone or workgroup databases to the cloud would be convenient in some workflows.
At the moment though, this sits quite low in our priority list compared with other areas we’re focusing on, so we won’t be moving ahead with it in the near term. We’ll keep the feedback noted in case priorities shift in the future.
