When importing a generic CSV file containing non-ASCII characters (such as Japanese) as level events, double quotation marks ("") are added to the profile name. As a result, it no longer matches the outfall node ID, and the level is not applied correctly.
Additionally, when importing level events from an InfoWorks format CSV file that includes non-ASCII characters, not only are double quotation marks added to the profile name, but also the value "0.0000" is appended.
We would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed in a future version.

Thank you for raising this, if we manage to reproduce it on our end, it means that this is bug. Would you please share your model with our support team and ask them to investigate and if they manage to reprdouce it, they will pass it to our development team to be addressed in a future release.
I will move the status of this idea to "Already exist" just so it doen't show on the ideas portal since we will have it on our support portal and potentially on our development backlog as a bug to be fixed.
