It would be nice if you had the ability to add a line on to a graph at a specific interval on the axis. This would make it easier to visual if a specific level has been reached, for instance.

I concur; this was actually a feature in InfoSewer that I used a lot - it helps explain concepts. It would nice to see in ICM for instance. I suppose you can use an observed predicted graph to show the line in ICM but you would have to add the data.
