it would be great if ICM could include a tool to create multiple rasters. I understand that generating the initial 2D shapefile and processing the results to find the maximum values is the hard task. But once this shapefile is ready, converting it to raster format should be much simpler.
I created a plugin in QGIS that imports any number of 2D zone shapefile, then rasterizes the main three output we need (depth, velocity and hazard). very simple arcpy code and i guess it can be easily converted to ruby and embedded inside ICM.

Thank you for raising this and thanks to those who voted. We have recently implemented a tool to export 2D results to Raster. Users can use this to create depth and velocity rasters and we will explore a future improvement where we can introduce the ability to create Hazard rasters as well.
I encourage you to try our rasterizer in 2026.3 (not released yet) and we will move the status of this to "Under Consideration" so we can assess the feasibility of implementing a hazard raster.
