Antecedent conditions as a direct run input for design events

I would like an object similar to the 'Catchment Initial Conditions' object for the TSB, that would allow a user to directly specify and overwrite the initial NAPI value, soil store level and groundwater level, per each individual subcatchment, independent of the details in the rainfall object, or the groundwater infiltration object used in the run setup.

Hundreds of synthetic runs can be required for a critical duration analysis. There is no option at present to add say initial NAPI at the individual subcatchment level, for rainfall objects that contain multiple design events. You can for individual events. Exporting and importing all the events individually can be very time consuming as it is, without the need to add in these parameters to each individual run. We may also want to run the same design events but with different antecedent conditions. We do not want to have to change each individual rainfall object.

In our methodology we like to use the outputs of a statistical analysis on a long-term hydrology only run on our catchment (say 10 years), to determine appropriate initial NAPI, soil and ground levels to use for our design storms. NAPI values for example, can change significantly based on the local soil type or the different observed rainfall at different points in the catchment. We really need to enter it per a subcatchment.

The groundwater infiltration object allows the user to set initial soil % and groundwater levels for a given subcatchment, by making it a profile in this object. However, there may be 100,000s of these subcatchments. It is not practical.

Making antecedent conditions a separate object instead of part of the rainfall or groundwater infiltration object would make everything much simpler and clearer.
