When using InfoWorks ICM across a workgroup server, all the simulations are visible by all users in the job control window. To keep the list manageable this requires each individual user to remember to click remove completed jobs regularly. As long running simulations can be tucked away within a long list of completed jobs to check progress. Please can there be a setting to allow jobs completed to be automatically removed after a time period. Or an option to globally clean all jobs?
Hi Roger, we already have that option selected in our InfoWorks ICM set up. @Autodesk admin, this option doesn't already exist within ICM. Please can the status be reopened?
This option already exists but is not well described. In the Agent Manager - Agent Options window, there is a setting "Cancel inactive jobs after (days)". This should really be "Cancel and remove..." and a completed job is an inactive job, so it will be removed after the number of days specified (default is 14).
A generally useful feature would be to have a toggle to show "My jobs/all jobs" on the job control window.
