Report showing history of simulation jobs running on server over a period of time

We are aware that ICM simulation jobs that are currently running on a simulation server can be viewed in the agent.state file in D:\Innovyze\InfoWorksAgent on the server.

It would be great if there were a report that could show the history of simulation jobs running on that server over a period of time.

This would help us understand current simulation server utilisation.
