Infoworks ICM should aim to facilitate statistical analysis of temporal pattern ensembles of ARR with a single click. Easily accessing and reviewing the statistical parameters for the required temporal pattern ensembles will allow Australian users to assess model outcomes, mirroring the ease experienced with other software solutions.
Strongly support this. We regularly need to identify the critical storm across temporal pattern ensembles, and currently this means manually reviewing individual .stat files location by location, which is slow and impractical for larger models. A single-click statistical summary (as this idea proposes) would bring ICM in line with tools like DRAINS, which surface the critical storm instantly. This would be a meaningful efficiency gain for Australian users working with ARR 2019 ensembles.
