Add Vertex Workflow

The Edit Geometry Workflow for adding, and editting vertex is fragile. Inserting a vertex breaks the linear aspect of the 2D boundary as InfoWorks does not provide any feedback. Autodesk workflows in Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Revit provide user feedback and makes editting geometry easy.
