Consolidate Mesh Report in Product

While the meshing report for clip meshing has improved, it still provides a lot of debugging information mixed with creation data, and limited summary of the mesh.

Please consider the following to facilitate model reviews.

Summary Section (currently after elements used to create the mesh)

Meshing Warnings

Summarize the elements that cross boundaries by Roughness Zone, rather than the other way around. As example, the following messages take too many lines.

"Element 345 aggregated across the boundary of Roughness Zone "W070_0183"

Element 357 aggregated across the boundary of Roughness Zone "W070_0183"

Element 399 aggregated across the boundary of Roughness Zone "W070_0183"

suggest - Roughness Zone contains elements aggregated across the boundary: 345, 357, 399 etc.
