You can do this using generated scenarios for scenarios.
It might be good here to avoid the notion of "automated calibration" and instead consider it a tool for "sensitivity analysis". It should simply be an aid to allow engineers to better understand the role that parameters play in matching the model to measured data rather than potentially masking problems in the model.
