I want to be able to segregate databases between different parts of the business so they only have visibility of, and access those specific to them. Having the ability to install multiple WDS on a single server makes sense from a cost/configuration/data segregation perspective but currently this isn't possible.
Hi, Thanks for the idea! Workgroup database groups were added in 2021.1 (Nov 2020) which could be used to segregate the databases as you describe. To set permissions on the group, see 'Authorisation and authentication of clients' in the Workgroup Data Server Administration documentation.
