SWMM5 Export from Run object instead of Network to include run data

Currently I can export a SWMM5 file from networks, but this is missing the run data like time series and patterns. Instead the UI should allow SWMM5 Export from Run object which includes network, timeseries, DWF patterns, etc.

      This already exists since 2021.1 - give it a try and let us know how you get on.
