Include a Rainfall Generator Using Environment Canada Data

Similar to the ARR and NOAA 14 storm generators, build one that could utilize Environment Canada data with common distribution types.

It would so useful for InfoWorks ICM Canadian users if Innovyze incorporate the Environment Canada Data to the software as like ARR and NOAA 14 Storm Generators. Looking forward to this tool soon. Thanks
