Add Max/Min HL/1000 Results

Can't currently map Max HL/1000. This would be more efficient/useful in some cases than mapping Max HL (feet). If your model has many segments, it is possible that very high head loss areas will not be flagged if only the HL is available.

Thanks for the idea! This is now in InfoWater Pro version 3.5 Update 3 and up.
