Allow more data points and specific flow intervals in the System Curve run

The System Curve simulation is currently limited to 51 data points (PSA tool limited to 100), which is arbitrarily low for modern hardware capabilities. It would be nice to allow for more data points and/or to be able to set a specific flow interval to be used so you could use the generated System Curve for reports and figures without weird flow intervals.
