When models start to behave erratically or sluggish, a common recommendation is to "rebuild the model geodatabase" as shown here: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Troubelshoot-Map-Issues.html
It would be great to have a tool in the Command Center that automates this process by blanking out the Map geodatabase and then repopulating it with the model data, without the need to create a new model entirely.
Additional suggestion: add a message that says "if this process does not resolve your performance issues, consider clearing out unused layers, layout tabs, or other files referenced in the ArcGIS Pro file."
