Can you share more about the hydraulic criteria that you would like minimized in the optimal selection of new hydrants and valves?
For example:
Valves: Software returns a list of the most impactful new valve locations that will reduce existing risk of service disruptions by count of customers during isolation events.
Hydrants: Software identifies candidate locations that achieve adequate fire flow without violating minimum pressure, and then spatially minimizes the new locations spatially while ensuring coverage for all service area/buildings? Perhaps ensuring flushing can be achieved for all pipes is also a requirement.
