Allow no delay connections with a free flow outlet option instead of automatic orifice nodes.

Currently when flows from a pipe with a free outlet node is diverted to a different location via a no delay connection, the free flow outlet automatically changes into an orifice, which in fact does not exits there. This orifice also needs a manual change to be of the size of the pipe to alleviate the losses caused by the orifice. Please allow for the free outlet no delay connections.
