Allow a storage structure such as dry swale, bioretention area or infiltration trench to have a different slope to the underdrain. Currently the underdrain has to follow the slope of the feature, which is not a real life representation of how they will be built in many instances.
For example, if you have a dry swale with a long slope of 1 in 200 but want the underdrain to be at 1 in 150 you would either have to make the swale steeper, losing storage, or make the underdrain flatter, losing capacity.
