In order to aid the layout design of drainage networks, it would be useful to see both foul and surface water sewer networks simultaneously, in the 3D view. This would allow designers to see the clearance between pipes and chambers and have piece of mind that there are no direct clashes present in their design.
I see that a clash detection feature is in development, so maybe this will be covered in the future as apart of that improvement.

Hi James, clash detection has been added to InfoDrainage so you can check intersections between foul and storm networks.
As for visualising both networks together, both networks can be exported to C3D so you can use the Object viewer within Civil 3D.
Hope this explains it.
With the latest release to 2025 of Info Drainage the basic ability to view both Storm and Foul in 3D is still not a feature as yet. This feature was in Microdrainage and was useful to visually check a network for the clashes reported, followed by adjustments to the networks without having to export to back into a CAD to visually see this. Will this be a feature in later updates?
Thank you for the suggestion and thanks to those who voted.
The clash detection feature was released last year to enable users to see the horizontal and vertical clearance between the foul and the storm sewers. Users can get their network.
To bring a Foul Network into C3D, create the foul network in InfoDrainage, Right click on the phase from the Phase Management under Tree view >> click on Switch to Storm >> bring the storm and the foul network to C3D in 2 imports.
