Add filtering system to the sensor configuration tab

Many times we want to select specific type of sensors (e.g. flow) and we need to be able to select the sensors of interest without going through all of the sensor list one by one. Also we need to be able to show more than just 10 sensor per page.

Make In-app sensor configuration editing easier

I want easier tools to streamline sensor editing. I want to select and modify a bunch of sensor aliases at pump stations and that's cumbersom with current workflows. I'd rather have a tabular interface where I could just move around and quickly edit.
