Right Click Menu for Chart Datapoints

Add the option to get a menu of features when hitting the right click on a datapoint inside a chart. The menu would provide the option to add a comment or note that is linked to this specific datapoint. Menu would also include adding tags. Use-case example: user troubleshooting an issue and wanting to tag all datapoints they think might be related to a specific incident. Those tagged datapoints could later be exported to an "Incident Report" along with the associated comments and notes for further analysis and collaboration.
