Ability to label spatial layers in the map

Layer labels such as customer ID, Basin ID, management area, etc are useful to have in the map so that users can easily locate their customers and areas that they need to serve when conducting and assigning field work.

User defined color coding (rather than color ramps) of a spatial layer based on an attribute

Pop Up Screen customization

Please add functionality to edit what information is shown in the popup Window when I go over a pipe. The information that is shown provides no value and I should be able to select what is shown in my pop up windows.

Ability to access CCTV inspection videos via hyperlink
