Increase the number of inspections that the user can add media for from 100 to 1000

For users that need to import historical videos (18,000+) this will make it a much easier process.

Remove the 'Admin' page for Viewer and Field Inspector users.

This is to prevent these users from accidentally editing this information without the Admin/Full access permission.

Add a "comments" or "notes" option to the 'Reject' status for Field Inspector users to know why Inspection was rejected

There is no way for the inspector to know what is supposed to be fixed.
