Field for CCTV scoring standard used

Need a field to display the standard used to score the approved survey. It should say 'NASSCO PACP v6' or 'MSCC' and all the other defect standards. Right now there is no field so you can't tell whether a pipe inspection was scored using PACP v6 o...
