Request came from Kansas City WaterOne. Utilities have noticed that weather events are often tied to pipe main breaks/leaks. If we could tie in temperature or weather data from a public source like NEXTRAD or NOAA, then utilities could see live updates to their risk analysis based on current or future weather. See Denver Water Article citing main breaks: https://www.denverwater.org/tap/breaking-point-temperature-swings-tough-on-water-pipes#:~:text=Shear%20breaks%20occur%20during%20prolonged,inside%20the%20soil%20to%20expand.&text=Pipes%20are%20also%20prone%20to,quickly%20after%20a%20cold%20spell.
We already have some experience with weather data and linking it on the sewer/flood modeling side: https://mel-meng-pe.medium.com/how-to-use-radar-rainfall-in-icm-spatial-database-7e1d24e40596

Note that there's a similar request for Info360 Insight.
Ideally the data would come through Insight, but it makes sense some Asset clients will want the data without a full Insight subscription.
