@Martha Nunez could you please provide more detail. I am assuming you are proposing a non-hydraulic model solution that will identify on a pipe by pipe basis which valves to close (via valve isolation trace) in order to isolate the pipe (each valve could have a count of the number of pipes that the valve requires closing); and then to carry out a network isolation trace to determine which other pipes will be impacted by the closure; and then determine the number of customer who will be without water. Again - this is a non-hydraulic model solution.
